DD is 6mo. Until now she's slept in the living room with us and gone up to bed with me when I've gone up. I now want to start putting her down at night so DH and I get some time.
But she won't go down! She's a fab sleeper generally and goes down in her own bed cone 11pm but earlier than that and she just won't sleep on her own!
Any tips?
With DS I spent hours alone in a dark room with him and I won't do that again, it was so bad for my mental health
Most naps are in the pram, car or on me due to our schedule.
