I have recordings from meetings I need to listen to and transcribe. I need to do it myself rather than use a transcribing service as there's also the need to be thinking about how to use the info. But all my audio playback apps are extremely finicky to use. I want something that has the option like Netflix or Amazon where I can hit back/forward 10 seconds at a time. Any ideas?
