So A few weeks ago I came across a shiny 2019 Sherlock homes 50p.I don't know much (anything) about coins but I had a feeling and I kept it.

Recently iv came across hard times break up,own house, daughter etc etc and until next week I'm extremely trying to scrape pennies together which brings me to my 50p!Does anyone know where or if I can sell this?for anything?i don't like asking anyone for money or admitting my circumstances so this is the best idea I have!!Also I can't ask on Facebook then everyone will know how sad my life's got 😂

Iv been on Mumsnet for a number of years cancel the cheque,Mexican house thief etc etc

Thanks!!

(I'm a little bit to excited 😂)

I don't think you will currently be able to get more than 50p for it.
Sorry to burst your bubble.

IF they haven't made 100s of 1000s and IF you hang on to it, you might be able to get more for it in 10 years.

But lucky you. I always keep the special ones and blu-tak them up in the kitchen.

Well after looking at that it's back to the drawing board I guess Grin

Isn't it so funny that in times like these you realise your possession with the most worth is a 50p coin Hmm
