Hi
I'm new to mumsnet. I got a letter from the head teacher for my DS in September 2017 saying he got a place for 5 full days in a school nursery, which he starts in October 2019. I got a call today from the receptionist asking how many day I would like. I told her I already have a letter confirming full time places. She said who sent it. There's a new head things have changed!! I'm meeting the acting head who has made the changes her if she's free tomorrow morning or she will ring me if she isn't available. I rang up my teacher union and he said all I can do is find out if all the other new kids gave for 2.5 days like my DS. If not then I can write to the governors. Any ideas. I was told I can't hold it to the letter even if they made a mistake. Help any ideas. I've heard she a hard person to speak to and I really want it sorted.
