Recommend me an LP player!

All dh wants is an LP player to play his vinyl but I'm at how much choice there is and what is decent.

He'll be using it mainly to listen to normally and needs headphone input and ideally Bluetooth, also do I need speakers for it too? Budget is £150ish, speakers not included. Would do childcare for a month for anyone who can recommend me something to make him happy on his birthday

Please wise ones, help!

I've got an Audio Technica - it's about 5 years old now and I would recommend it as a brand. You'd need to check the current models for features - mine has headphones but not bluetooth and I think it was about £170.

You will need speakers - if you have an existing hi-fi the best thing to do would be to run it through the hi-fi amp; it should come with aux-out cables but if not you can buy them very cheaply.

Would love to just hand him £200 and say have at it but it's not really as special as opening up a parcel with what you've wanted for an age inside! Just so hard when you know zero about what you're buying!
