High heels and extra heel tips

I have high heels, both heels have come off second wear Angry
I have replacement heel tips but ad far as I can tell both heels have worn down to the metal and there's no where to put them! I tried to do this as soon as I got home. I stopped walkj g on them as soon as I possibly could.
Am I missing something? They were in the sale so fairly cheap but I'm not impressed.

They're dune shoes and the same happened with the last pair but it took longer. They're so nice and they're comfortable too. I would really like to keep them.

Cobbler. But also contact Dune or where you bought them from. Even in sale they have to be fit for purpose. They may just give you a refund through so decide what you want first!
