I am aware people may think I’m being spoiled but I’m feeling a little bit disappointed.
I asked for a Babyliss Big Hair for my birthday and my partner has been upsold a Glamorise speed brush instead. The sales person in Debenhams told him it was a hair drying brush but better than a big hair. From the outside it looked great but I opened the sealed plastic bag inside to get the instructions and it’s just a straightener. It doesn’t dry and must be used on dry hair. I’m really disappointed as he was away over my birthday and it’s the only thing I asked for (and got). It was also double the price of the big hair.
It’s not used but the plastic bag with the appliance in has been opened. I don’t want him to waste his money but I’ll never use it as I have perfectly good straighteners already. I fear i can’t return as it’s open. Anyone know where I stand?
