Breakfast- eggs and spinach on toast
Lunch- sweet potato/salad leaves etc or salad and roasted veg Cous cous.
Dinner- french dip brisket roll
Thai curry
Veg curry
Sweet potato and halloumi salad
Chicken burger and chips

I’m making chilli tomorrow which we’ll have once with rice and once in tacos.
Salmon, veg and jacket
Gammon, egg, beans, hash browns
Peri peri chicken with hm chips and veg

Breakfast is oats, fruit and yoghurt, kids have toast or cereals.
Lunch sandwich for kids leftover for me.

Meals are:
Potato & Greek salad with crusty bread
Veggie lasagne
Chicken drumsticks & new potatoes & salad
Veggie chilly & Rice
Salmon with new potatoes & special leek lentils.

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with fruit (figs, nectarines, plums, strawberries & blueberries) with a drizzle of honey and a handful of granola.

Lunch: A variety of salads with different fillings. Houmous, cheddar cheese, Ossau Iraty cheese, Goat’s cheese.

Dinner: Nabeyaki Udon (tofu, egg and vegetable Japanese stew). Chicken kebabs and vegetables. Peri peri chicken and salad.
Tomato and basil soup.
Chicken curry and salad with half a chapatti.
Barbecued sea bass with vegetables and a small serving of bulgur wheat.
Minestrone soup.

All food is homemade.

Breakfast is just cereal. Lunch Monday and Tuesday is spinach and feta frittata with green salad, Wednesday is mackerel salad, Thursday is a vegan sweet potato and pomegranate salad, Friday is a chicken burrito bowl (Chipotle marinaded chicken breast with a lettuce, cheese, tomato, chickpea and corriander salad).

Dinner is steak, eggs and greens, lamb salad kebabs, oven baked salmon with lentils and broccoli. Thursday we are out, Friday I'm home alone so I'll treat myself to homemade chicken and chips, Saturday is BBQ and were out for a birthday on Sunday.
