It's been done to death and I've found some inspiration from past threads but I need more ideas. I'm so bored with my own cooking. Nothing too complicated please, something that can be made in under half an hour or so. Any ideas?

Is it just for you or partner/kids?

Not all of these will fit under an hour but we're having:
Today baked ham and jacket potato with salad from the garden.
Tomorrow DS has requested noodles so we'll have that with some left over stir fry and added greens from the garden.
Tues bacon, potatoes and greens, you guessed it.
Weds DH is out and we'll have veggie burgers with my not very big home made buns.
Thurs and Fri I am out so I imagine fish fingers add wedges, followed by a trip to the chippy.

sweet and spicy chicken This is really good, quick and simple and can be done with pork too
Thai Basil Chicken This is also an under 20 minute dish, can use regular basil if you cant get the Thai
Dan Dan Noodles. I do this with ground pork or chicken, just cook it up in a pan then add the sauce and noodles to that.
