Anyone else feeling down for no particular reason? Or maybe there is a reason?
Don't know why I'm feeling this way just feel a bit lost, bored and fed up with life!

I often feel bored with life. It is monotomous!
I go through phases of feeling really crap about it and then picking up and dropping again a few months later.

@hidinginthenightgarden exactly the same for me! It's good to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I was wondering if it's normal to go up and down like this, with social media these days life just seems to be amazing for everyone all of the time but I really doubt that is the case.

I feel very low currently ( I think I have bordered on being depressed for many years). I am struggling with a new job and in a dilemma whether to go back to my old one, we have an extension being built and the whole house is upside down with no cooker etc. I feel totally exhausted and have had various illnesses for three weeks just to being run down.

@Babyroobs sorry you are feeling this way Thanks maybe if you think you could be depressed it might be worth speaking to your doctor? Although having an extension is definitely going to bring you down for awhile it's horrible when your house doesn't feel like home, I'm sure it will look lovely when it's done though!

Yes sometimes I look at other people and think they seem really glowy and happy and I just feel like for me it's an effort to smile and when I do it doesn't feel natural. I'm not miserable I just don't feel particularly happy inside.

Yes, I usually find being outside or having a chat with someone helps....but usually only temporarily. Regular exercise helps too.

It’s a BH weekend where we are and I feel like everyone else is out having a great time...
