Is it safe to have the changing bag like this?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Obviously a first time mum.. changing bag doesn't fit under the pram so need to hook it over the handle. Is it ok for the strap to be over the top of the baby?

You can get hooks that attach onto your pram. Also great for shopping bags 🥰
