How to deal with tiredness

Any way to get rid of tiredness? Had a long sleep. Feel exhausted.

I mean short term tiredness, not a long term GP problem.

I guess it's a walk? But I feel so tired to do that. Is it OK to just lie on sofa?

Is your period due? That always makes me tired. I think the best cure is more sleep and extra water.

Of course it’s ok to just lie on the sofa!

Low iron levels?

Low magnesium?

Disrupted sleep at night?

All can be addressed easily but for now just put your feet up and have a kip.

I’m a great believe at having a daily nap. Just a short 15 minute one recharges my batteries in the late afternoon, but you might need longer if you’re busy is crying out for rest and sleep.

Thank you. I think a bug. Felt lazy for lying around but feel not great. Wil go GP Monday. I think it's a UTI.
