Child benefit payments

Baby is almost 6 months and I've only just applied for child benefit. They hack pay for a max of 3 months.

Today I received £227. It should be £20 a week so I dont understand why it's an odd amount?

Anyone know?

Also anyone know when I'll get the next payment? Will it be a month from today?

They backdate up to 3 months. They have paid you 13.4 weeks, which is 3 months.

They pay it 4 weekly, they backdate up to 3 months, hence the odd amount.
