Has anyone had problems with Vertbaudet?

Did a large order last week and it arrived today but the most expensive item was missing. I phoned them and they said they would send me out another one but having looked at reviews online I'm not filled with confidence of seeing it. Just wondering what other people's experiences have been?

Oh yes! But years ago! Must have been 10 years. I ordered a load of stuff and didn't get it all. Then it took weeks and weeks to arrive.

Absolutely fine. We've had 2 orders from them so far, one a winter coat for DS which he's never had off since last August and still looks brand new, and some trousers and tops for him which I needed next day delivery and which arrived no trouble at all.
Can't fault the quality and I've not had a problem with delivery.

Yes, I had a couple of missing item. DH rang them up and they send some missing items plus some of the rest of the order again.
