I need to get a new laptop for work, only ever used windows laptops before, have had a go on a Mac but got confused by what all the keys do 
Use it mainly for internet, video editing, very basic Illustrator. Everyone raves about Macs and I love all the other Apple products but not sure what would be best...thoughts?
