Is it the work combined with a good team?
I work in a department of many teams and I work in a team of 6 administrators (used to be 11 but that's another matter) and we all get on well and bounce off each other with some good banter may be as there is some big age differences as well
Mr role is to process share sales transactions which depending on time of year can be very busy or quiet which means we can catch up with non urgent stuff, have been doing this for 5 years and mostly enjoy it, though with the reduction in staff more work is being piled our way and it gets a bit stressy when you have daily deadlines to hit
Overall I'm happy but I might be looking to move on soon especially as the wages are not increasing with the extra work
