Gift ideas please

I've been charged with buying a gift for an employee who works with our company. We don't know her very well but she has just had a baby. Flowers seem a bit "meh". I have a budget of around £30.

What would you like if had just given birth? I can't remember it was so long ago! It has to be delivered also as we're not in the same country.

I would split it so there's something for her and something for baby. If she's in another country, I'd maybe do a £20 Amazon voucher for baby stuff so she can buy what she needs as this will differ depending of what money they have, what they've already bought, how many people they know who already have children etc. You can then got something for her, I'd suggest hand cream as your hands get really dry with all the changing nappies and hand washing.
