Booking holiday tips

We are a family of 5 and we usually holiday in the UK mainly due to our budget (£2-3k per year). Last year we found an amazing deal to Eden resort in Portugal, a week All Inclusive in a villa for under £2k at Easter. We loved it and would like something similar elsewhere next year. However, I can't remember at all how or where I found it!

I've tried a few of the top holiday websites (ice lolly etc) and nothing similar is coming up in our budget. I think part of the problem is that for 5 of us we need two hotel rooms, which is twice the price. So, I think we need an apartment or villa really. We need to stay within school holidays, but would happily go at Easter or May half term rather than August. My DH doesn't like it too hot.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips, website recommendations or even resort recommendations to help me find the right holiday for us next year? Any help gratefully received! Thanks

I forgot to say, we would prefer all inclusive/ full board or half board. I loved not having to plan and shop for meals in Portugal this year, total game changer!

google Portugal, all inclusive, 5 people and your dates and something should come up around your dates then look at prices and what you get for your money, i usually go with on the beach for my holidays as they are a very good company and all their accommadation is right near the beach as their name implies
