My endowment matures on the 15th of this month. Have cancelled my DIrect Debit as instructed, but just realised this means will not go this month, used to go on 9th. Am abroad on holiday till 10th, no access to policy numbers etc. Bank cant help as DD so they don’t hold details. Have emailed company, but have now got fear they will withhold whole amount due to slip up. Please tell me am an idiot and will be able to sort it all out when home...?
