I’ve a friend who’s birthday is this month and she’s expecting her first baby in her late 30s. I’m looking for ideas from you on what to buy her as a gift for £40 ish. Baby is due in 2 months she’s. Can you help me please.

But her a gift that is about her not the baby. What kind of thing does she like? What is she into?

House 1. But then I’m very much a location girl and we choose to live in a smaller property because of that.

Maybe something like a contigo flask. That way, she can make herself a cup of tea and still drink it warm when the baby comes, but it is also a present for her.

Thank you ladies, I’ve no intention of buying her gift something for the baby. She’s working full time and her hobbies are horse related.

In my day it’s 46 years since I had a baby so I’m out of touch, I wondered about a manicure or pedicure or perhaps a facial, thinking she might find it relaxing

How about a posh cream tea somewhere nice, either the two of you or her and her DH and you babysit.
