TMI but first pregnancy is this mucus plug?

This is my first pregnancy and was in hospital on monday with bad back and hip pain, still been getting but also wondered if this was part of the mucus plug?? Sorry about the picture!

22 aug, but we think i may have mixed up my dates

It could be, but it's very early for that if you're not due until the end of August. I wouldn't worry about it until you get some mucus that's got brown or pink in it, this might just be a bit of the bottom of it.

I started losing yellow mucus like that (no blood) a week or so before my waters broke.

Your dates aren't relevant at this stage - your EDD should be based on your 12 week scan.

When i was in hospital the other day they even said baby was very low down
