Could you get sunstroke from being on the beach most of the day when it’s only about 17 degrees, cloudy with some sunshine?

Yes. Overheating is overheating.

Thank you for replying, but we didn’t overheat. We had jumpers on over our wetsuits. Just wondered whether high temperature etc could be just a coincidence or not.
