Help. I am melting here. I am lying on my bed in my skivvies. The window is cracked (I'm in a front room in a bungalow on a main road so not to thrilled to open it more.

I cannot cool down. Suggestions please.

Damp flannel rub down. Lie on a towel.

Soak a tea towel in cold water, wring it out and drape around your neck like a scarf.
