Lovely Smells

I washed my goose down pillows yesterday as I knew they would have enough hot sun to dry. They’re back on the bed, fluffed up with outdoor dried clean cases on them. They smell gorgeous- all fresh and sweet.

I bought dove soap scented oil after a recommendation on a thread here. A tiny bit between the breasts gives an occasional waft of warm fresh soapy scent.

Some smells make me happy.

The smell of coffee (I hate the taste)
Peeling oranges
When you open a tin of quality street 🤤
Mowed lawns
Fresh Jasmine

Freshly cut grass
Freshly washed laundry
Petrol

Oranges
Hot olive oil
Lavender
Roses on very hot days
Fresh mint

Fresh coffee
Freshly baked bread
Frying bacon
And they all smell better than they taste.

Plastic paddling pools (with the water in.)
Suncream
Blown out candles
Lavender
The smell in the air when it's been raining.
Baby animals. They seem to smell like candy floss.
Carpet shops.

My baby granddaughters head.
Honeysuckle.
Freshly cut grass.
Freshly laundered bedsheets when you get into bed.
New car smell.

Petrol
Coconut
Butter when it's in a frying pan just turning brown
Fresh laundry
Bacon

Theres a heart shaped massage bar in Lush, that I 'wear' almost daily as a perfume/scent because its so gorgeous.
