Just a bit of good news for those of us who aren't fans of summer - the nights will be getting slowly earlier from tomorrow. We're a third of the way through summer, and whilst there is still hot weather too come, in a few weeks we'll all notice the daylight getting shorter.

We go abroad every August for a week and when we get back, I always notice how much darker the evenings are.
After that, it's the first time I have to use headlights to pick the DC up from activities. And then when I have to use headlights to take them to activities.

My birthday is 22nd August and it's always around that date (drinking and sitting outside obviously factors highly in my birthday celebrations! Smile
