24 hour tape advice

Posting here for traffic.

I'm due to have a 24 hour tape this week. Are there any types of clothes that are better than others for this? What does it involve?

I had one this week - it was clipped on my bra, I only has vest on on top. It was too hot for anything else.

Oh good, that's reassuring. I'd thought I might need to wear trousers with a belt.

I've had a couple, found it better to wrap the wires around my body before clipping it onto my waistband, as they were quite long..

Note: going to the loo takes a bit of skill.. but if you do drop it down the loo like i did, don't panic! It didnt affect the result Grin

is it worth me taking/wearing a belt if I'm not wearing something with a waistband?

I've had plenty. It depends on the unit they use. Some are small enough to clip on your bra and others come in a wee pouch with a loop to thread your belt through. Sleeping with them is always a bit meh, and yes, going to the loo is a bit of an adventure!

Thanks sparkli, I'll hope it's the small ones then!

No problem! Just depends what they have when you go. Hope you get on OK Smile
