Clothes to get through pregnancy without spending a fortune?

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and my jeans are already getting tight and uncomfortable 🙈 Unfortunately stupidly I threw out all of my maternity clothes after my last pregnancy so am starting over and don't want to spend a fortune. I've already ordered some maternity jeans and leggings from DP, but need some inspiration for tops and dresses. I prefer loose floaty stuff that falls over the bump to maternity ones that stick to the bump and emphasise it.

Also, while we're on the subject- what knickers give the best shape during pregnancy? My current ones are sitting under my stomach, but all of my stomach muscles have relaxed so my belly just looks flabby under t-shirts. Are there any comfy supportive knickers that aren't too tight that will give me a nice shape?

I’m 25 weeks and all I’ve brought are 2 pairs of maternity jeans, one black and one light wash. I didn’t buy them until I was about 17 weeks. Otherwise I’m just wearing my normal clothes. I will need to get a nice dress for an upcoming wedding but I will be 7 months by then.

My DD is pregnant with her first and she's managed to get some gorgeous dresses and skirts and tops in primark.

When I was pregnant with my last DC I managed to find full knickers in M&S and Primark.

Debenhams have a sale just now, so I've ordered some nice work dresses and tops, some were at least 50% off the original price
