Bordeaux - water parks.

Anyone been to Bordeaux? We are going for a week in August. Looking for things to do for a 15 year old. Saw some water parks. But most have bad reviews. Anything else ?

I haven't been down there for years, but must have been about that age and don't remember much 'teenage' friendly activities I was about that age and remember being pretty bored, but my parents were more about the wine chateaux and sunbathing in the site garden.

How about kayaking or things like that?

He wasn’t supposed to be coming with us. So this has not been booked with him in mind at all. But that has now changed due to medical reasons. And he is now with us. So trying to make up for his disappointment and make it as fun as we can for him
