I've posted before (re: blood tests) and was told that my results showed a vitamin D deficiency and anemia.
Posters confirmed that the reason I'm in so much pain is because of the deficiencies and that, once I start treatment, I'll begin to feel much better.
But today something just doesn't feel right.
I was picking up DDs toys and had a sudden searing pain throughout my back (I suffer with chronic pain anyway, but this was something else.) The pain took my breath away and it took me a few moments to move myself into a position that didn't hurt.
I thought I may have just pulled a muscle or something, got DF to fetch me some painkillers and hoped they'd work.
But I'm still in agony. I'm ok if I sit very, very still. The second I move (even moving my hand to type this is iffy) my spine just erupts in pain. Same sort of feeling as when I fractured my ankle and put weight on it - sudden, sharp, breathtaking pain.
It's starting to creep down my legs and my left foot is starting to hurt now too. I feel like I've been hit by a truck on that side.
That, plus the feeling of heavy pressure in my lower back (which is constant) and the pain on moving is starting to cause me some worry.
Any clues as to what this could be? I'm going to the GP tomorrow but obviously can't do anything until then.
Thanks.
