Bloody npower

I'm supposed to submit metre readings by end of today and when I log in to my account I just get a 'loading' page. I've been trying the last 4 hours.
Anyone else?
No idea if I can do it by phone or another way as the faq page doesn't reveal another option.

Been with Npower and feel your pain. Found this on the website

Phone

You can send a meter reading any time using our automated phone service. Just call 0800 073 3000 or 0330 100 3000 and have your account number to hand.

Thank you! I'll try to find my account number which of course is handily in the inaccessible account ...
