I’m looking for audiobook recommendations for a 5 year old boy. He likes long books but they’re usually written with older children in mind. He’s loved Cartoon Kid by Jeremy Strong but hasn’t got into any others by him. He loves Enid Blyton Enchanted wood stories. He likes imaginary worlds, superheroes and outer space.

You could try Narnia?
Or wind in the willows?

Laughing out loud to the worlds worst children today.
Would really like to try the nania books but worried the content might be dark for a five year old. Anyone tried these with younger ones?

Narnia gets darker as the series progresses. The Magician's Nephew and The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe probably OK though.

Maybe The Borrowers by Mary Norton?

My 5,6 and 7 year olds are all loving Fox Busters by Dick King Smith right now
