Sorry you feel like this. Any particular reason? I'm feeling pretty low today too. But I'm heavily pregnant, my DD is following me around and my DH is annoying me too. I'm also hungry and hot.
(so absolutely nothing wrong really)

Sorry you’re feeling so low OP Some days are crap. But it will change, we know that moods come and go. This will pass.

What can you do to distract yourself? Tv, music, reading, cook something nice, create something, declutter/tidy (can be very therapeutic), cool bath...

I just want someone to take it away. I just want to be happy

Is there anything you can do that will bring you some light? Fun/interesting TV, book, food, walk, sit in garden in the shade maybe?
