Will 2 hours cleaning be enough?

Getting cleaner for the first time. Its a one bed flat with seperate living room and kitchen big enough for kitchen table.

The problem is the flat is cluttered. Bathroom and kitchen fine to clean, living room really untidy and im not even including the bedroom as we have a 4 month old baby and stuff is everywhere.

Will 2 hours be enough?
Is it reasonable to ask for a proper clean on the oven one week, fridge the next etc to allow time for me to sort other rooms and partner out so they can be added to the tasks (at which point we could add another hour?)

Thoughts please!

It's reasonable to ask whatever's a reasonable cleaning task - it's up to you and your cleaner to agree.

Do work out whether you're paying for tasks or time. If she takes less than two hours, can she go or does she do something extra?

My cleaner comes fortnightly. She does kitchen, living room and shower room; they are all pretty uncluttered but aren't bare. Probably takes her about 90 mins.

Thanks - i was thinking bathroom, kitchen, hallway and vacuum living room every week and have tasks to add if under time, which I think they will be.

Just need my partner to embrace getting rid of stuff in the living room to make that feasible!

Also, do you discuss over the phone, check they are happy with a cluttery house and then confirm tasks on their first visit?
