Meh, we've all had days when an outfit seemed like a really bad idea. If you're so rich and famous that nobody wants to tell you that you look awful, then you're going to have more of those days.
The outfit is a bit silly, but she isn't hurting anyone. Who knows, maybe just leaving the house is such a big deal for her that she needs to make a performance of getting dressed?
