So, I bought an ice cream maker

The thinking behind it was that it’d be lovely to make my own, it’s going to be hot, and DD might be persuaded to eat some fruit if it was mixed in with ice cream 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve just put the bowl in the freezer in eager anticipation. Has anyone got any delicious and piss easy recipes they can share?

And please tell me that you use yours all the time and it doesn’t just take up space on the work surface

I love mine. I used some vouchers to buy a self freezing one. I've used recipes from bbc good food online and I bought The perfect scoop ' recipe book from amazon after some research. I've made vanilla, lemon sorbet, chocolate, raspberry sherbet, coffee and strawberry. The raspberry was the easiest...raspberries milk and sugar. Vanilla and custardy ones take a bit longer.
