My boss has suggested a team building day for my team of 5 women, ranging in age from 18-50+ at the end of September. She has agreed she will give me a budget of some kind, but no idea how much at this stage. She suggest lunch or time at local spa hotel or anything else that I think would be good for us. Am wondering if anyone has any relatively low budget ideas/experiences or something that we could do together away from work?
