It’s mine and DH’s wedding anniversary next month. I’ve been dithering whether I feel ready to leave 9month old DS (and his 4 year old sister) and go abroad. I think I can, but I need to control it carefully

Can you help me think of where to go?
I would like to enjoy some sunshine ☀️. A little beach or pool culture, rather than busy city. Scenic. Nice for strolling around. Somewhere that can be ‘done’ in 3 days. The fear that something may happen torments me, so somewhere with lots of flights or train connections would be ideal.
Any ideas?
