Yes, I know it's probably a GP job, but till the line opens for booking appointments I'd be glad to know if anyone else has come across this.
I've had a problem for few days with pain in the lower stomach area, generally a sort of bloating and dragging sensation; also generally feeling slightly nauseous, and not constipated but somewhat reluctant to go, IYSWIM, because it feels as is pushing makes it worse; also a tendency to feel quite thirsty. I've had something similar before but it generally went away after a few days. Yesterday it felt a bit better but I had a pain in my lower back on the right side, today the back problem is significantly worse because it sorts of spasms as I move around. No temperature.
My totally amateur diagnosis is maybe kidney problems? Any thoughts?
