Just interested in views on this. I have a friend who is a reasonably senior female manager (also young and attractive) who is being told by a male colleague (similar level) that 'You're so scary'.
I think it's really demeaning (I know the prat who is saying it) but I'm interested in views and comebacks ( so she can put him in his place!)

On a serious note, coooooompletely resonate with this, men never get called this type of thing, 'bossy' is the classic.
If she tried to actually explain to him would he even get it, probably not unfortunately, so i'd probably either joke back or use it to my advantage, wear extra high heels to be super intimidating

Unless she comes to work looking like a Goth, then he might have a point.
