Can anyone beat my shit day?

It was my birthday, technically yesterday now.

Spent the afternoon with my terminally ill grandad who isn’t doing so good, came home and got dumped by my boyfriend of four months.

Happy Birthday OP! I'm sorry it was so rubbish.

It's only just gone 10am here so it's a bit early for calling "shit day" but I wonder if you can celebrate with friends etc another day?

I'm pretty sure no one can beat that... your boyfriend was an arse by the way.

However, it seems I've been branded the local alcoholic as went to the corner shop for bread and milk, went to the till and the friendly guy serving me who I've spoken to all of twice (only lived here a few months), handed me what is apparently my 'usual' bottle of wine with a grin. I had no intention of buying any! I laughed it off with him but I was dying inside

I also had a fight with a moth.

Oh and happy birthday That wine is for you. Not for me. No wine for me for a while...
