Hi everyone really need some help
have a hearing come up 2nd July 2019 for my daughters reception place.
Been given a school 2.9 miles away instead of the school 0.6 miles away.
my ground for appealing is I have a disabled 3 year ols with severe complex health needs, she cant travel that distant in a wheelchair and she cant use public transport.
Can anyone give me any advise as to what I should be addressing in the appeal and if I should take a solicitor with me?
