Kids party help

3 year old birthday party 20 kids for 2 hours, we have an entertainer booked for 1 hour. Do we need anything else going on in the room apart from food? Or by the time they've come, had cake, entertainer etc it'll all be over?

Yes, definitely more. Nothing major maybe just some balloons for them to play/dance around with and a colouring station for when they arrive?

You could buy some plain wholesale white baseball caps (or T-shirt's) and fabric pens and let them colour in their own to take home - will keep them busy at pick up time and save you buying loads of tat for a party bag!

I would set out a car play mat and some cars. Or maybe some duplo or brio for then to play quietly?
