I had my mirnea coil replaced, local anaesthetic injection given down below and the replacement was straight forward. I feel crampy and a little sore afterwards and passed this lump. I will be making a GP appointment but I'm confused as to what it could be. Having previously heavy periods and passed tissue/clots I've never seen anything like this. Sister had hinted at a cyst or potential miscarriage.
