Toddler and aching pregnancy bump

Hi,

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and my bump muscles are really achy and sore. My bump is solid.

It's really starting to hurt with chasing my high energy toddler around.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do.

Thank you.

congratulations!
i would make a few sensory bins in big storage boxes like these. they are really useful to whip out when you need something to distract your toddler with.

soft play trips are good too, because you can sit down whilst your dc burns off energy. similarly, trips to the kiddie park

or if you have a garden, get a few garden toys (if you haven't already), like a toddler trampoline and set challenges. eg: i bet you can't run around the garden 3 times and then do 4 hops on the trampoline!

all the best x
