Hello Everyone,

I've moved here from New York (my husband is British) and am in much need of an NHS GP. Does anyone have a recommendation for a really good one in the Fulham/Parsons Green area? I would be ever so grateful.

There are some reviews on there, but I'd take those with a pinch of salt because a lot of people only bother to do a review if they have something to complain about. For every negative review, there could be hundreds of happy patients.

I'd choose them based on convenient opening hours and appointments system as well as distance and whether they have space for you. Sometimes you can book online, some allow you to book in advance, others make you ring up at 8 am on the dot on the day you want the appointment and you have to hope you get through before all the appointments have gone.

You probably want to ask Mumsnet HQ to remove your postcode from the thread title BTW.
