My 10yr old has been diagnosed with ADHD and traits of Autism.
He was put on 10mg of Mediknet XL 16 days ago . He's become really aggressive/angry/unpredictable, he also can't sleep and has lost his appetite and there has been no change in his behaviour in school.. consultant has said today to not give him tablet for a few days then start him on 20mg Evantis.. can anyone give me any advice or knowledge as i feel im being a bad mum .. will this drug help ? Im not sure stimulants are the best thing for him..? Thank you
