Aunt Flo

I’ve just seen a woman on FB complaining she’s feeling bloated “because of Aunt Flo”. Hoping against hope that this was a complaint about the cooking of an elderly relative, I did just check on Google and my worst fears were confirmed.

She meant her period.

What’s the weirdest euphemism you’ve heard someone use about their period?

Before this, the weirdest I’d heard was “got the painters in”

The shop’s closed.

@needsomesleepy No, it’s strange that I haven’t, when everyone clearly has 🤣 For myself, I believe in calling a spade a spade so would just say it straight

Communist in the funhouse
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm using that now.
Until now it's 'falling to the communists/surrendering to the red army'

I have an ex who once called it 'the Russians'
