I've just made DH watch all of the original Sleuth film with the absolute conviction that there is a scene where Laurence Olivier traps Michael Caine in some sort of trippy psychedelic room in an attempt to drive him mad. But the scene wasn't in the film!! I've clearly mixed it up with something else and now I'm thinking maybe it's a scene in a Bond instead...any ideas please anyone? Its going to ruin my Sunday if I don't figure it out Angry

It’s a brilliant film, one of my favourites.

I don't think that's it soola...in the one I'm thinking of the man is sort of running round the room and falling on the floor as he gets dizzy and there are a lot of pink red and green sort of twirling visuals.

I am however now going to seek out the Ipcress File and watch it it looks awesome!!

Oh no I was hoping I’d got it right!

I will have a rethink!

I'm beginning to wonder if I've imagined it, I spent the whole bloody film waiting for Laurence Olivier to open the door to the trippy room, I was 100% certain it was a scene in Sleuth!

Enjoy! Not seen it for ages but I think Bond has some really cheesy lines... Prepare for your toes to curl Grin
