I sold an item on 17 June. The buyer didn’t pay despite both an invoice reminder and then an email reminder so opened a case with eBay last Monday. Am not sure what happens now. The item remains unpaid and when I look at the case, it says I can close it but the only option I can select is to receive free credit. If I select this, will it close it and allow me to simply relist it?
