Help me find somewhere to stay? Please

I’m having a tough time, right now, I can’t face it. I need to get away for a week, anywhere, me and a baby. Not hugely expensive although my dad agreed to pay for me to visit family in Spain but unfortunately they can’t have me. So I guess I could go for a few hundred. Abroad appealed because it’s further away and probably less stressful to fly than drive across the country , and I guess the sun would probably help but if I have to stay in the country Then I will. I have no major requirements. I just need to run away, just for a bit.

Could you do an Airbnb which is a train ride away? Then you don't need to worry about a train ride and you're still able to get away?

Go somehwere with childcare. Crieff Hydro in Perthshire springs to mind, I have no idea where in the country you are.
Your child can go in the crèche , 2 hours a day is included,and you can lie in the spa or go and have a sleep. I went thereonceahen the kids were small by myself for similar reasons. I'm sure there must be other nice places with childcare in the country though if crieff is not at all handy. I guess you would have to drive.

Leaving sound like a very good idea for a bit. Can you give us a bit more info though? Where in Spain can you fly to?

OP what is happening? How old is your child? Are you in danger?

@AwfulExperience I’m not in danger. My partner has ran off without a word, nobody will talk to me, I just have to go. I can’t be here in this house. I need to leave and I want to go anywhere just to get away, not for a “holiday” just for some peace, try and sort my head out. It just needs to be as cheap as possible. My dad rents a room and so we can’t stay with him, I would have flown to Alicante if I could have stayed with family but I can’t. I’m so bad at this.

Where is your closest airport?

Go to the seaside. If you live in the south, Dymchurch is very nice at this time of year with its wide sandy beaches and few people on them.
